PARACHUTE SYSTEMS
This is a system which
automatically operates if the car begins to go down due to machine gear
doffing or breakage of carrying steel ropes and it locks the car
mechanically so that it is hung to the sliding rails. The parachute system
also cuts off the power supply of the systems and makes the elevator
electrically secure.
LOCK
SECURITY CIRCUITS
These electro-mechanical
systems prevent the movement of the car while the floor and/or car doors are
open and also the opening of the floor doors while the car is not at the
floor.
LIMIT
SWITCHES
These mechanisms are designed
to cut off the power supply on the systems if the car continues to travel
uncontrollably without stopping on the ground and the upper floors. The
limit switches determine the shaft limits electrically.
BUMPERS
These are the components that
absorb the power of impact caused by the fall of the car on the shaft base.
CAR
SECURITY SYSTEM
|
Automatic car security doors |
: |
Are designed to cut the contact
of the passengers in the car with the floor doors and the shaft in case of
an accident of being pinched between the car and shaft surface during
travel.. |
|
|
|
Photocells |
: |
Prevent an accident of being pinched sensing an object in the doorway during
the closing of the automatic doors and stopping the closing of the door and
opening it again.
Photocells may be single-eye providing threshold protection at the knee
level, double-eye providing threshold protection at the knee and hip level
or even higher providing threshold protection across the door height. There
are also thermal photocells which are sensitive only towards human body heat
and not to non-living objects. |
|
|
Pinching contact |
: |
Is a mechanism causing the door to open backward, which is activated by
drive of squeeze pressure arising on the automatic door panel. It is
adjustable at a rate not detrimental to human body if there is an object out
of the area sensed by the photocell or if the door is shut onto and has
pinched the object on the threshold due to a failure in the photocell. |
|
|
|
Stop
circuit |
: |
Enables the passengers in the car to cut off the power supply on the system
and stop the car. |
|
|
|
Alarm |
: |
Is a siren that can be used by the passengers stuck in the car to call for
help. It continues to be supplied by the battery charge unit placed over the
car even if the power supply is cut off. |
|
|
|
Emergency Lighting |
: |
Automatically operates and
lightens the car if power supply is cut off. It is fed by the battery charge
unit placed over the car. |
|
|
|
Interphone /Telephone systems |
: |
Enable the person stuck in the
car to communicate with those outside the car. It continues to be supplied
by the battery charge unit placed on the car even if the power supply is cut
off. |
|
|
|
Excess load system |
: |
Measures the load on the car
and allows for the discharge of the car until the total load in the car is
reduced below the acceptable capacity, in case of a load in excess of the
carriage capacity. |
|
|
|
Full
load system |
: |
Measures the load on the car
and is activated immediately below the excess load limit when even one more
passenger is not allowed and provides the travel of the car responding to
the internal control unit and not the external control unit until the car is
adequately discharged. |
|
|
|
Minimum load system |
: |
Is designed to prevent children
under 12 years from using the elevator alone. It measures the weight and
prevents the elevator from receiving a command from inside the car unless a
minimum prerated load exists. |
|
|
|
Rescue cover |
: |
Makes it possible to rescue from the top of the car the passengers stuck in
the car. |
|
|
|
Fan
and natural ventilation |
: |
Is
designed to provide enough oxygen to the passengers in the car. |
FIRE
RESCUE SYSTEM
By communicating with the fire
warning system in the building or sensing fire directly with the help of the
button in the car, this system ensures that the normal control system is
automatically cancelled and the elevator operates in a pre-programmed fire
prevention mode.
It provides the quickest and
safest evacuation of the building in case of fire.
EMERGENCY
RESCUE SYSTEM
It is supplied by the
uninterrupted power supply (UPS). If power is cut off during the travel, it
operates automatically and ensures that the car arrives at the closest floor
and the automatic door is open.
MACHINE
ROOM SECURITY SYSTEMS
It enables the staff in the
machine room to intervene with the elevator and the persons in the car as
well as providing self-protection
